This hotel was welcome base for exploring Charleston, liked it. The setting was excellent, near the Market, restaurants, Charleston for 6 days, and the waterfront. Furthermore, in family area. The staff was very very helpful, amazing, and responded promptly to requests.

thoroughly enjoyed the way our extremely spacious room with a full kitchen was arranged. the location was magnificent and incredible, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere.
Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The hotel's fantastic location put us right in the heart of the historic district, making it super convenient for sightseeing on foot. the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with spacious bedrooms featuring comfy beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Plus, the value for money was excellent.
All was satisfactory, no specific improvements needed.

The hotel had a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was easy to access with a door code and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels.
The storage for hanging clothes was limited with only a few hangers available in a small hutch. There was also a large staple sticking out of the top drawer of the chest of drawers, making it unusable.
